Using 1AmericaMall

1AmericaMall is a free, human-edited business and shopping directory. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Directory listings

• You must submit accurate information about a real business or website you are authorized to represent.
• Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We may approve, edit, delay, or reject a listing.
• We may refuse or remove listings that are misleading, spammy, illegal, adult-oriented, or otherwise unsuitable for a general-audience directory.
• A free listing is not guaranteed placement, ranking, or traffic.
• You are responsible for keeping your listing information current and for the content of your own website.

Featured listings and payments

Featured placement is a paid upgrade processed through PayPal. Payment does not skip editorial review. A featured listing still has to be approved before it appears.

Fees are generally non-refundable once review has started, except where required by law or where we cannot provide the paid service. Contact us if there is a billing problem.

Acceptable use

You may not use 1AmericaMall to:

• Submit fake, duplicate, or scraped listings
• Promote malware, phishing, or illegal activity
• Interfere with the site, other users, or our review process
• Collect other people’s information from the directory for spam

Intellectual property

The 1AmericaMall name, logo, and site design belong to us. Listing content remains yours, but by submitting a listing you give us permission to display it in the directory and in related promotional materials for the directory.

Disclaimer

Listings are provided by third parties. We review submissions, but we do not guarantee that any listed business, website, or offer is accurate, safe, or right for you. Use listed sites at your own judgment. The directory is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted service or specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 1AmericaMall is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the directory, a listing, a linked website, or advertising shown on the site.

Changes

We may update these terms or the directory features at any time. The date at the top of this page will be updated when that happens. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
